The Students Affairs Division is under the Vice-Chancellor’s Office. The Head of the Division – the Dean Students’ Affairs is appointed by the Vice-Chancellor.

The Students’ Affairs Division is very vital to the stability of the University

The history of the Students Affairs Division of Nasarawa State University, Keffi could be traced to the establishment of the University in the year 2002.

The Division started from a humble beginning with a single room office for the Dean of Students Affairs and later an office for the Students Affairs Officer all domiciled at the Administrative Block of the Main Campus.

The importance of this Division in the smooth administration of any academic institution, cannot be over-emphasized; this is because, handling student’s welfare issues and other demands of students, squarely falls with the Students Affairs Division. This Division was later on moved to 1000 Capacity Auditorium at the Main Campus as their operational office.

VISION OF THE DIVISION: To be a World Class University with conducive facilities for the education, physical and emotional development of our students.

MISSION OF THE DIVISION: To ensure the provision of basic amenities for the well-being of students. To provide guidance for the Educational, Physical, and Emotional development of students.
